Wait hold on so this guy also genuinely thinks that it was him in the picture, im no therapist but i can sum it to 2 viable options, first: confabulation, when the brain fills in missing information with something false often after emotional need.
Second: Wishful distortion, when someone wishes for something so bad that they convince themselves that it's real. In this case where the dude wished it was him with the girl instead of 4eyes, it's a type of delusion.
Honestly I like this manwha so far, but what the heck is the writing for the mc???? Like I know he's timid and dense but not to this point.... for gods sake he's in CALCULUS?????
