I don’t think he stopped liking Jung-Ah but just that he feels she doesn’t really want him in her life right now and that even if he starts dating the painter girls sister I’d honestly be fine with it. Jung-Ah can’t date right now and that is a really big thing and her having feelings but not acting on them and instead repressing them is a really bad thing for their relationship so if she doesn’t confess soon and say sorry I like you but I can’t date right now so please wait. I’ll ship the sister and him. So Jung-Ah please confess soon so I don’t have to switch to someone who likes him and is actually showing it and being proactive about it. 🙏🙏
