Jokes aside, it's normal for kids to not understand how the world works in an "acceptable" way for society. The guy really thought there was nothing wrong with pleasing two girls at once, he felt confident in it and probably didn't expect them both to fight it out, instead of reaching a compromise. Up until that point, that's understandable. It would have been interesting even if it was the beginning of a poly mindset. But instead he became narcissistic as we know him today, he clearly isn't a "bad guy" and he can show care and interest in others. It's just that his interest is severely misplaced, and I don't mean that because MC is actually a guy, but because he's only showing interest in beauty and "a new experience", without much regard for the actual person behind those traits. I hope he gets to learn his lesson and grow as a person, he has potential to become a great friend for MC. He even showed a bit of maturity already in this chapter.
Speaking of: MC was really trying her (his) best to become a "honey pot", you could see that, but clearly they were struggling. Be it because of consciousness and guilt, because they can't bring themselves to even pretend to like another guy –or this particular dude at least–, or because they have zero experience with relationships, or even a mix of all three reasons. They've always been very honest-natured. I think that'll be his (her) downfall eventually, when the secret gets discovered.
Now, that theory of Ruha... I don't think it'll be the actual case. She seems genuinely concerned. BUT, it's a surprisingly solid theory, and I get why the dude thinks that way. It even ties up with my own theory that she's going to teach MC to make her (him) replace her as the label's spotlight. Whether she got tired of being an Idol and made up this stalker thing to get out, or she got tired BECAUSE of the stalker bullshite, either way the conclusion is the same.
