Ik it's kind of out of topic and no one asked but I kind of relate with the past of the mc, there was a girl whom I really liked and I thought we were close like we knew a lot about each other and helped in time to time but suddenly a day she said she doesn't want to have any connection with me cause she doesn't feel any affection towards me but she said she will remember me then one day I texted happy birthday on her birthday in her phone number and she lit asked who was I "note she once said only Ik her birthday beside her mother" and that completely devastated me, anyways enough shit I don't think anyone will read it, but I just wanted to dump this thought :")

I know this is quite late, but I get it. I know how badly it hurts when a person you love is not true to their word. For me it was my ex deciding to start hating me after the relationship ended (I still don't hate her for that). It hurts so much, but it does get better, every day. You will never know whether she actually forgot about you, but it doesn't really matter, (does it?) for as long as you keep remembering and regretting, you will be stuck.
Now, for you, the only think to be done is to focus on yourself, learn to enjoy yourself and "grow your garden". When the time is right, you will be able to go back searching for a relationship. In the meantime, keep your friends close, and search for connection to people.

1. Noona is not Yeon's Ex gf(I blame the recommendation trends for this one lol) it's not confirmed anywhere within the manhwa nor implied what we know so far is that they were close friends and that Yeon misunderstood their relationship and got his feelings rejected
2. Noona did NOT abuse/manipulate/trick Yeon I have no idea where this info came from
The reasoning behind their current state is yet to be explored and it's probably alot tamer and more reasonable than people think it is anyway these two most likely will eventually take it out and be friends again since one of them still wants that anyway
