        i did a little googling of the avarage male arm weight, it seems its around 5 kg for a 75 kg male. so i divided 568 with 75 then with the results i multyplied the avarage arm weight(5kg). i got around 38 kg, i dont know if its should be scaled like this, but thats heavy.

      average hand weight: 400g(0,4kg)
      Average man weight: 62kg

      400g = 62.000g
      X = 568.000g

      62.000X=400×568.000
      62.000X=227.200.000
      X=227.200.000÷62.000
      X=3.644,51g
      X=3,66kg

      his hand is almost 10 times heavier (9,15x to be precise) than the average (disregarding that speed makes it even heavier)
