Synopsis
Support magic enhances a person’s abilities or weakens their enemies, but because many of its effects can be replicated with items, it is dismissed as inefficient and derided as mere “babysitting magic.” Thor, once a member of the hero’s party, now works as a low-ranked instructor at Velen Magic Academy, teaching this disregarded form of magic. After helping a student named Reina who looks up to him, Thor is abruptly fired. With no job prospects, Thor takes Reina’s advice and heads to the Neustadt Empire’s capital. There, he is unexpectedly hired as a court mage by Princess Elena. Though Thor doubts his own worth, thinking, “I’m not skilled enough for this,” yet his support magic proves to be anything but ordinary. Furthermore, his students, such as Reina, have been achieving great feats across the land.
