Synopsis
In a certain place, there are two neighboring high schools. Chidori High School, a bottom-feeder boys’ school where idiots gather, and Kikyo Girls’ School, a well-established girls’ school. Rintaro Tsumugi, a strong and quiet second year student at Chidori High School, meets Kaoruko Waguri, a girl who comes as a customer while helping out at his family’s cake shop. Rintaro feels comfortable spending time with Kaoruko, but she is a student at Kikyo Girls, a neighboring school that thoroughly dislikes Chidori High.

The Best Romance Manga
Amazing and wonderful. Sure, to some people, it might be cringey but those types of people are barely going to find any happiness. Mega wholesome and the character developments for certain characters and the growth of the 2 main leads are nothing but admirable and heartwarming. ( though the height difference may be weird ) They both fit perfectly for each other and the way they support each other is so beautiful it washes you away and makes you want to become a better person.
I am at no right to officialize this, but it is not ridiculous to say that this is the best romance manga of all time.
Review
The story was amazing. This manga started as an anime for me i saw it on tik-tok thing oh just another romantic but it wasn’t just that it was a romance that actually teaches something in a way that just makes sense there are character you can relate to with passion and heart and even thought that are back story’s that might seem meaningless back story it changes your perspective about them and then you find love for that exact same charter you began to hate. I just had to say sad the manga was coming out once a month in the book stores.
Cheesy
The characters treat every minor inconvenience as a traumatic experience and blush and gasp at every minor bit of human contact. It is wholesome… too wholesome. Humor in the manga is rare but always corny (though understandable since this isn’t a Rom Com). I am just giving it a one star because the biggest crime in my eyes is how overhyped it is. Everything works out perfectly for everyone and there is no real stakes. I also don’t like how overly sensitive every character is in this manga. Like everything is enough is a reason to cry. Final word: way too cheesy, to the point I cringe
The first manga
I have never read a manga before and I just finished 169 and just wanted to say thank you.
