The factions are separated between the Orthodox Sects, Unorthodox sects, Demonic Cult, and the Blood cult as the big four main factions. I looked at earlier translations and the Unorthodox sects group was just called the Unorthodox Alliance (Also river of evil in really early translations but its a bad name).
Now for the Orthodox I think if you translate the Unorthodox sects as the Unorthodox Alliance prefer the Orthodox Alliance because its a little easier to understand but if not then of the two I think Murim Alliance sounds better.
