I'm still not too sure if this manhwa is some sort of fetish fantasy sublimation by the author, or a genuine story revolving around coming of of the TS closet. At least the MC seems decent and focused, but even he acknowledges that this IS a weird situation for him. Only time will tell if he will get more curious as he gets more confident, or if he'll keep things professional. I also wonder if there's gonna be any romance, and if it'll be tackled with respect for the LGBTQ+ community. With Korean authors one can never be sure, but it shows promise so far.
Anyway, thanks for the chapters

I don’t think this has anything to do with lgbtq. I also don’t think it’s a fetish fantasy.

I don’t think this has anything to do with lgbtq. I also don’t think it’s a fetish fantasy. I think it’s a story of learning to accept who you really are. Remember the story his grandma told him in chapter 1? And she warned him not to be someone who he isn’t. I feel like just like that man who permanently became a dog, the Mc will be faced with the choice (or be forced) to permanently become a woman or stay who he is as a man.

Yeah, I can see better what kind of story it is now that I've read more than 3 chapters 😂
Still, I'd say that LGBTQ themes could be very easily and naturally ncluded or considered, particularly if MC does in fact get to stay as the female version of himself. As far as I'm aware, Transgendering is a journey also about accepting one's true self. I could see how people that are either transgender male-to-female, or people with gender fluidity could find familiarity within this story. And well, obviously if we end up seeing romance with MC and other characters, if he gets to stay as a she, it would become lesbian love/Yuri.
Those are the reasons I thought (and still think) that this series reflects LGBTQ inclusivity. The difference between then and now is that I now understand that this manhwa does it organically and naturally, it doesn't feel forced, which was my fear back when I started reading.

Ah, and the reason why I thought it could end up as being a fetish fantasy was because of Ranma 1/2. I liked that Manga but I distinctively remember the gender swapping being used purely for comedy and ecchi purposes. When I started reading this I still wasn't sure if it would end up down the same route. I'm glad it didn't!
What do you think? 😊
