The true stalker/insider is still roaming free and they used this little hater as a scapegoat. If MC wasn't smarter than that, they may have fallen for the trap and assumed they already caught the true stalker.
I also feel bad for Ruha. As a person that also struggles with social skills, I can completely understand how many misunderstandings that can cause. In an environment like that, piling on misunderstandings leads to disaster. And it wasn't even her own choice, everything was manipulated from the beginning by the producers... Because they couldn't just make do with an idol group, they also wanted to make a freaking story out of it. Like they were shooting an anime or something. Yikes.

I didn't feel like they were really fake, only exaggerated. But still, living constantly on edge under so much pressure, the expectations hang heavy over her shoulders. Even her health was at risk (the blood pressure incident), so it's perfectly understandable that she'd want out.
