I thought he(she) collapsed due to overwork. Dunno what having a different body can really entail for your brain tho. For sure abusing drugs WOULD be bad, so I thought it'd be actually better to switch as little as possible, but I guess it's till best to do it from time to time. Maybe going back to his body will help? But for me it would be just confusing. Like switching to a game with different controls, I would start fumbling and missclicking every time I went back and forth.
