"No! No!"

A wailing scream echoed in Liora’s ears.

However, it didn’t come from Alpha’s future self as a result of the soul search. Instead, it resounded throughout her surroundings as her vision darkened.

As Liora attempted to read through Alpha’s memories, the expected information did not pour into her mind.

Instead, a lone image appeared.

Liora found herself surrounded by a vast starry sky that stretched infinitely.

She immediately recognized it.

It was not the starry sky of the Cosmic Universe, but the place where every world coexisted—the Origin Sea.

Liora had been here many times in the past. Yet the scene in the image was completely different from her own experiences.

The Origin Sea was desolate.

What should have been illuminated by the brilliance of millions of worlds was now pitch-black, as though every light had been turned off.

Combined with the peculiar characteristics of this place, it was difficult to see anything.

However, Liora soon noticed something. Or rather, someone.

A figure stood on the far horizon, blending into the darkness.

Only their faint outline could be seen, making it impossible to distinguish their true identity.

Still, Liora had a faint guess.

She was about to investigate further when the scene in front of her suddenly shattered like fragile glass.

Another image appeared and replaced it.

The Origin Sea was depicted again.

But this time, some of the worlds could still be seen.

With their flickering light illuminating the scene, more details of the unknown figure became visible.

The other person had their back facing her.

But from their back alone and the long crimson hair falling down their shoulders, their identity immediately became clear.

The scene soon shattered again.

Another image of the Origin Sea appeared.

This time, there were even more worlds.

At the same time, other silhouettes appeared, surrounding the central silhouette from every direction.

Liora couldn’t help but raise her eyebrows upon seeing this scene.

By now, she understood that what she was looking at was not a series of random images, nor were they appearing in random order.

Instead, as though someone was turning back time, she was slowly returning to the beginning of the entire scene.

Liora watched the worlds be reborn, the silhouettes multiply, and the central figure face them silently.

She had a guess about what was going on. And her thoughts were soon proven correct.

Hundreds of images later, the scene finally turned complete.

The Origin Sea regained its original appearance, while the silhouettes surrounding the figure had grown into the millions.

Just as Liora believed that this image would shatter as well and they would go even further back, something surprising happened.

The image was no longer paused.

As if someone had finally pressed the "Resume" button, it began to play like a "movie."

Although she had become an Ancient Devil and distance should not have limited her, Liora found it difficult to fully understand what was happening. It was as though a veil was shrouding the scene around the figures.

The only thing she could see was the auras of the two sides—the millions of silhouettes and the lone figure—clashing violently, causing the Supreme Laws in the depths of the Origin Sea to tremble.

The leading silhouette opened its mouth and said something.

Unfortunately, Liora was unable to hear their words.

She could only watch as they finished speaking and their companions echoed their words.

In response, the unknown figure did not answer.

Instead, she casually raised her head and struck downward.

Under Liora’s surprised gaze, countless enormous claws materialized in front of her, attacking the silhouettes.

Countless powers were fused seamlessly to create these claws.

Time. Space.

Destruction. Creation.

Destiny. Fate.

With a single glance, Liora was able to recognize thousands of the powers, some she had dabbled in and others she had simply heard about.

Even so, the powers she could identify occupied only a tiny portion of the overall claw’s structure.

Less than one percent of it. The rest were powers she had never seen or heard before.

The results of such a terrifying blow fusing so many powers were immediate.

Although the silhouettes possessed an aura that made Liora’s heart tremble, they were unable to resist the giant claws.

Several of them exploded upon contact.

Blood rained down, dropping onto some nearby words and causing them to burst apart.

The Supreme Laws shook even more violently. Lightning seemed to have formed in the sky.

It was only after thousands of them died that the claws finally dispersed under their combined efforts.

The death of so many people with a single move should have been a great achievement.

Unfortunately, what the figure was facing was not a small army of practitioners.

There were millions of them!

Even though thousands of them had died, new people appeared and filled the gaps in their formation the next instant.

Liora’s eyes flashed as she observed the scene.

Countless patterns flashed across her pupils as the image of a claw remained etched in her mind and was forcefully broken apart and analyzed.

Due to the difference in strength, she was only able to comprehend a tiny part of the overall claw’s structure.

Even so, this filled her with countless insights.

She sensed that the concepts and Laws she represented had been strengthened.

More importantly, her own combat methods had been significantly enhanced.

Her control over her own power had broken through to the next level. If she wished, she could create a knock-off version of the previous claws.

Although it would be a mere imitation, it would be more than enough to turn into an Ancient Devil’s trump card.

Liora’s eyes narrowed. Expectation arose in her heart.

Unfortunately, when she shifted her attention back to the battlefield, hoping to glimpse more of the mysteries contained in their moves, she found herself unable to.

The battlefield had completely changed into something she could no longer comprehend.

She could only watch as countless lights flickered, entangling with the millions of figures and engulfing everything around them, while concepts fired in every direction.

Time slowed down then sped up. Worlds were created and destroyed.

With all the phenomena combined, Liora’s vision was completely obscured.

Time slowly passed.

To Liora’s surprise, even the mere aftermath of the battlefield was enough for her to gain some insights. She felt the Cosmic Sea become more complete.

Just when she believed that she would have to settle for them, however, things suddenly changed again.

The flickering lights slowly went out. The concepts decreased.

Several minutes later, the battlefield became visible again.

Yet the moment Liora’s eyes fell upon it, her pupils couldn’t help but contract.
